Since the 2019-20 season, we have expanded our offerings to include the Junior Team WRA alongside our elite team. Now in its fifth year, the Junior Team has already attracted a talented and motivated group of around 10 young athletes.

Our founder, Daniel Fahrner, made the decision to step back from the World Cup/Europa Cup business and dedicate more time to his personal life. As a result, he began working with young athletes, leveraging his vast experience to help them become better skiers. Daniel is fully committed to coaching the juniors and guiding them along their individual paths. We provide professional training, top-notch coaching, and ensure an enjoyable experience. Having a Junior team at this level, comprised of athletes from different nations and backgrounds, is truly unique.

Our vision is to develop young and talented skiers who will eventually join the Elite team of the World Racing Academy.

By recruiting them at an earlier stage, we can closely monitor their progress and prepare them for the challenges that lie ahead. Introducing racers to WRA, our staff, our training techniques, and other fundamentals at an earlier stage allows us to establish a solid foundation. This enables us to support them throughout their careers on a long-term basis. Our Junior group serves as a platform to nurture and develop strong ski racers for the future, starting from an early age.
